Self Organization and Understanding You

When you know yourself, and have developed self-organization skills, you have the advantage, since you will live an orderly life. The process of knowing yourself will take you to realize what you want from life. Throughout the process of self-development, you will build organization skills that will make you stronger. The start of this process is building a solid platform that you can stand on.

Learn to write down your wants and needs. For example, if you want a degree in biology, then write it down. Next, write down what you must accomplish to get this degree. Are you fully aware of what it takes to get a degree in biology? If you have an understanding of environmental sciences, ecology, and natural sciences then you have a foundation that can assist you with earning a degree in biology. Ecology will drive you to ecosystems, natural balance, conservationism, green politics, and environmentalism. If this is your intention, start setting a goal, organize your thoughts, and create bulletproof plans that will back you.

Sometimes we plan some things in life that later we may regret. This is lack of knowing self and lack of awareness of our intentions and purpose in life will continue to lead us down the wrong road in life. We often have to deliberate, leaving tracks in our mind to decide our journey in life. For example, for what reason is it that I want the degree in biology? Have I developed enough skills, abilities, personality traits and the like that agree with to a biological career? If not can, I develop the skills and qualities to succeed. Once you finish questioning and organizing your thoughts, you may find that a degree in biology is not something that you want or need. Don’t sweat it, since it happens to billions of people each day.

Organizing your thoughts will help you make good decisions and direct you on the road that brings you happiness. For instance, if you want to become a psychoanalyst, and know what it takes, then you are on the right path. For instance, if you have the knack to become a scientist in psychology, thus you will notice the traits in your personality and mental processes. For instance, a psychoanalyst analyzes human behaviors by using methods to discover telekinetic phenomena. It is form of mind reading they consider. After discovering what he/she thinks is the most logical answer, then the psychotherapist will treat the patients with emotional disorders by involving organization sessions that allow the patient to talk unreservedly about his or her particularized experiences. The topics discussed center on the patient’s dreams or early childhood memories. Most psychoanalysts will study human behaviors by inducing theories, logics, actions, disorders, mental illnesses and the like into self to analyze more thoroughly.

If you know, you have the ability to become a psychoanalyst, then now is the time to start organizing your mind and life. Exclusively you will need to finish developing your own skills and self to become this person. You will need to through the process of developing an analytic, self-inducing mind and have the ability to see what many others cannot see as a possibility.

Yet, what is you purpose? Do you enjoy helping others? Are you considerate? Do you thrive for facts, or have a hunger to heal, and love human beings as a whole. Is this a purpose? No, it is an indication that you can achieve your goal by receiving this degree.

Despite what path you choose in life, you will need to develop your self-organization skills so that they can effectively keep you on course.

Looking thru the Window in Self Organization

Watching through the window of your mind, you notice the rain falling down and feel this sense of uneasiness lead you into despair. As you stare through the grimy windows, thoughts start to cultivate in your mind’s eye and you begin to look back. As you look back in the windows of you are mind you start-seeing shreds of broken trails, yet you just cannot find the details to figure out what you are thinking. Suddenly, you feel low-spirited as the stress overwhelms you. As you continue, looking out that grimy window, a feeling of overwhelmed emotions creep in and you lose control. Now you feel like the hammer is pounding nails in your brain and you just want it to stop, but it is out of your control.

Your cluttered mind needs reorganized, yet you cannot find the strength to get it together. Guess, what, you have the strength within you to clean up those hasty emotions. Cleaning emotions in some ways is the equal to cleaning the windows. When you pick up that cloth, spray it with window cleaner you remove all the particles of dust so that you can see clearly. In similar ways, you will use a cloth to clear up the clutter in your mind’s window, which enables you to put those rusty emotions away. The key then to commanding the emotions is to open up and let your emotions express self. If you feel like crying, do not be afraid since crying relieves stress and pain.

We all go through highs and lows throughout our life. The mind is a channel of valuable information that exchanges ideas daily. We get new information, knowledge, wisdom and more by allowing the mind to do its job. If the windows are closed in your mind, you will not have the ability to take control. This presents a problem, since now you will often act out on emotions rather than giving careful consideration before acting.

At what time your emotions are in a pandemonium, attention is necessary. If you do not pay attention to your mind’s needs, you will experience ongoing problems and find it hard to manipulate through self-organization. Therefore, instead of rejecting your feelings get to the root of the problems. Find out what is going on in your mind. Find out why you are thinking it. What caused you to feel this way? What made you think of this issue?

Give your mind the attention it deserves and it will reward you with calmness. As you attend to each issue, you will see that application of the mind starts slowing down, which allows you space to focus on the issue whilst using senses to consider the issue at hand. This will put you on a thinking trip while you view the open messages, where you will find details that give you meaning. Pay close attention, since you just might learn something new about you. The more you learn about you, the closer you will become to commanding and mastering your own emotions.

Once you wake up the conscious mind, it will inspire you to cultivate the self and organization skills so that you find order. Go all the way, until you are the master of your memories that proscribed your mind. Next, pick up your cloth, window cleaner, and start cleaning that dusty window, since it is hard for me to see when dust is in my way. After you clean, the window, spend a little of your time to look outside again, since you just might see sunny days.

Intentions in Self Organization

We all need to establish our purpose to find meaning in our life. By finding our meaning, we are able to organize time for anniversaries, birthdays, entertainment, music, television, special occasions, and so on. The time out helps us to relax. Yet, while we stay organized, we keep our intentions in sight. We must organize our expenses such as medical costs, insurance, taxes, loans, credit cards, car registrations, tags, interest, contributions, and other bills. It helps us measure the financial responsibilities. It helps us to see how much we can invest on your goals. We must also organize our vacations, trips, and holidays. Each organizational scheme encircles your plans, consequently if you plan astutely while watchfully measuring the details you will stay prepared for any situation that you might face.

Planning is the process of preparing to accomplish something. Planning develops into organization and structure, allowing one to arrange his or her goals. To stay organized, plans should include schedules, description of events, arrangements, and so on. Planning should also include time for you, since you will need to move many obstacles out of your way to protect your self-organization skills. We must continue to thrive on our goals, which means we must avoid procrastination, which presents many obstacles, including tearing down self-organization skills.

Set up an anti-procrastination plan. For example, on Monday: state that you intend to find meaning of your life so that you can stop putting off what you can accomplish today. Affirm that you realize that completing your duties today is a realization that moves you toward your goal. It will help relieve your stress when you continue to organize your life.

It often helps us to break down our tasks into segments, putting the priorities first to relieve stress and work through our responsibilities. This is one of the steps in self-organization that we must carry forward. It helps to write statements that illustrate your intentions and what you want to achieve from your goals. It also helps to inform others of your intentions so that people can learn to respect your time and space. Too many interruptions will hinder your efforts in cultivating and developing other skills.

We must also find benefits and rewards for all our efforts you put into achieving your goal. By respecting time and space, you can stay organized, giving yourself room to complete your duties that direct you toward accomplishing your goals.

Understand that procrastination has some positive and negative traits. If you can tell yourself to procrastinate, you can also tell yourself not to postpone your duties. Simply learn to say no at times. Take one day out of the week to relax. Take one whole day after completing all your duties to spend time with your friends and family, take some time out for you.

The following day look back at your progress. Note, when you did not delay, postponing your responsibilities that you cleared time up for you. Observe your experiences and results from actively completing your duties.

To maintain your self-organization, affirm that you will not judge your mistakes. Rather, use them as a learning tool and review your consequences of your actions to see your progress. Write down what you learn and analyze it carefully. It will help you see clearly which direction you need to go to accomplish your goals and realize your plans.

Moving along, you will advance your organization skills. The progress will help you know when the best time to study, plan, and work toward achieving your goals. Write down your daily activities to make room for larger tasks that come along. We all need motivation to direct us, otherwise we fall back, and it is often difficult to get back on our feet again.

Motivation and Self Organization

Passing the test with self-organizational skills:

Motivation gives us inspiration to achieve our goals. It provides us an incentive to help us to grow, learn, and develop self-organizational skills. We build stamina through motivation. To understand how motivation develops and how it applies to self-organization we must learn a few steps in the developmental phase.

First, we must make a promise to self. That promise is to work through self-growth processes while building on our purpose, strength of mind and so forth to cultivate self-discipline. It will in turn motivate you.

How your discomforts affect you:

The second step is to learn to understand and take control of your discomforts. Discomforts are what hold us back many times. It is because many people fail to understand their discomforts. Often these people remain confused, rather than trying to figure out why, what, when, who, and how they became uncomfortable. One of the largest discomforts many people face today, is stressing over examines. They hear the term, test, and go into frenzy. The discomfort keeps them in this state of mind until the test is completed and then they start to realize that it wasn’t that bad. Had these people studied, prepared and organized their study time they would probably experienced little if any stress at all during testing. We must realize that if putting off your duties could take you through the one-step program of failure.

Time is important. When we value time, it gives us some space to organize our life. Recognizing the value of time will also help you accept your discomforts. Discomfort can either make you or break you. That is avoiding your discomforts can set you back. Therefore, learn to change the mind and body to conform to your discomforts.

You can use subliminal learning and meditation to help you master your discomforts. Remember, discomfort builds anxiety and leads to embarrassment. This is because people will notice that you have failed to accept your discomforts, which shows a sign of weaknesses and failure.

When people lack motivation, they may find areas of the test they feel a lack of confidence. Instead of letting it get you down, you can study harder to build confidence to master the area of weakness. Studying harder helps you to learn various ways to solve problems. Perhaps taking a test is not the source of discomfort. Instead, the uneasiness could be the position in which you are sitting. If you feel soreness in your position, rearrange your body so that it feels more relaxed.

You can use self-talk to discuss how despondent the test makes you feel. Often when we use self-talk, we find that our discomforts were a state of mind. The mind is powerful and can hold us back from success. Using self-talk, you will often find there was not an issue to begin with and that you just added burden to discomfort. It will affect your organization skills.

Sometimes we have to turn up the pressure to accomplish what we intended to do. For example, if your test is due tomorrow move up the date to next week. This will apply pressure on you to finish the test on time. Or else, you can turn down the pressure to implement time to complete the test.

If you are feeling utterly unnerving with the test and feel unclear about the subject, thus you have permission to ask for help or support. It is your human right. You could invite a few friends over to study and prepare for the test with you? Sometimes we just have to write our plans one day at a time to organize our time and space in order to complete our duties.

Measuring Self Organization

The higher self-organization measures the better chance you will have at surviving this fast-paced world. We can develop a higher level of self-organization by training to meditate and learning from subliminal practices. The two practices will assist you by curing the mind while improving your memory. The negative approach will soon become positive by relieving some of your stress.

How to use writing to measure your self-organization skills:

One can also measure their self-organization skills on a regular schedule. Keeping records is a way to track of your progress. Good record keeping provides us evidence and proof of our completed works. Recording your actions and thoughts will help you to trace your steps so that you can reform your behaviors when necessary. Records give us a confirmation, and a witness. We know this because if you give a verbal statement compared to a written statement to the law, the written statement will produce more results. As you take notes, you want to learn to write details as they come along. It is important to keep good notes. The process as you begin will help you to see how precious it is to write your plans legibility.

Other beneficial tips for self-organization:

When you record your plans, it helps you to stay tuned in to your goals. Mind maps are also great tools for assisting us with realizing our goals. Using mental illustrations will help you see key points, which provides you with a clearer view.

How we process and develop self-organizational skills.

Self-organization is skills that we must develop throughout our life. We develop these skills through practicing techniques and through sounds, visuals, taste, and touch. One of the most effective ways to advance your self-organizational skills is to write down what you deduce while staying alert to repetitions all through the experience of subliminal learning. Now you can listen. Use your self-talk skills to organize your thoughts. What does the preliminary study present? Did you find a conclusion? Are there specific details that enclose the problem? What are the words of transition saying to you? Now view your descriptions to see what you deduce.

As you write down your thoughts, highlight the essential points. Think of your level of interest as you write down your thoughts and feelings. Before long, you will have a full point of view of your goals. When in doubt, research your information and highlight the important discoveries. Write down new information, ideas and start working at once after you have researched, highlighting the important ideas, working through your problems.

Next, start creating strategic plans that describe your intentions. Apply yourself and the strategies by searching and expanding your resources so that you can continue working on your self-organizational skills. Skills give us the ability to work through large and small tasks. Skills provide us with the cleverness to see the necessary steps to take to complete our goal. For instance, cleverness means you can work quickly through a task while using your intelligence to complete the tasks.

Practicing for self-organization enlargement:

On a piece of paper, write down an outline of what you perceive yourself doing in 5, 10, or 20 years. Do you feel organized to meet these goals? Take the long-term goal over the length of time that you believe you will live to see what you come up with and write it down again. Continue while observing your reactions. Write down your mistakes, ideas, questions, answers, and the other important information so you can continue growing. Keep going while record what you come up with and then review your results.

Feelings and Self Organization

Often feelings get in the way of our success. Interruptive feelings are widely recognized because we hear in lyrics, movies, and in scientific recordings. The key to overcoming this hurdle we all must cross is to organizing your thoughts. Developing new ideas can help you work through the emotional hurdles that rob you of developing your skills. We can develop ideas from dreams, or thoughts. The ideas can help you go beyond your feelings by putting you in the here and now.

Fresh ideas can provide you many opportunities. As you learn from fresh ideas, you will develop your thinking process, which helps you to organize your feelings. Starting the process will help you through the development stages that will lead you to success. By understanding your feelings, you can get a grip on reality.

Feelings emerge from our emotions. However, the unconscious and subliminal mind enforces the emotions. Feelings are emotions that shoot from the emotions and often affect our mood. When we lose control, it shows in our reactions. If you have positive feelings, you will react aptly in any situation you encounter. Feelings provide us the sensation that helps us to use senses to make good or bad decisions. Sometimes feelings are receptive. Keep in mind that our feelings are affected by external forces, such as our environment and the people around us. Feelings are sometimes expressed from our opinions, or point of view. Feelings will often leave impressions on others as we share our thoughts. Feelings enable us to consider others by showing affection, concern, respect, love, understanding, and the like.

If you learn to develop nurture the emotions and use your instinctive senses realistically, you will develop working people skills that are required to reach most goals. Since, our feelings will express our judgments; we must organize our thoughts in order to restrain our unnatural will to judge self or others.

Developing the ability to make sound judgment will protect you on judgment day. Our ability to judge is expressed in our feelings when we give the final ruling. Our decisions, discoveries, reason, logic, and assumptions play a part in this response. We can use our call of judgment to discriminate others and/or self, which are damaging and will only blind our minds from seeing the truth. We can also use our judgments by adhering to common sense, wisdom, or intelligence. Sometimes we even call for shrewdness while judging self and others, therefore learn to put your judgments in place to avoid problems.

Opinions are something you want to examine more thoroughly. Many people have giving their opinion without knowing the facts and it has lead to major calamity for many. For instance, think of our history whereas certain religious sects encouraged Superstition. Think about the affects it had on many people’s mind; despite they could see the negative pattern developing. We must state the facts. Opinions from positive influences however, can help us develop a better outlook of life. Still, we must consider our beliefs.

Beliefs express stronger feelings than opinions, since many beliefs share faith, convictions, and ideas. Beliefs also share confidence, trust, certainty, credibility, and so forth. We see this from the history of superstition, which has lead many people strongly believe in its unrealistic views.

You should listen to your good judgment, doubts, uncertainties, and remain skeptical until you find the facts that support the opinions. This will help you develop healthy qualities, which will lead to expressing happier emotions. Take the steps now toward developing healthy qualities in order to organize your feelings. You can take control of your emotions by practicing meditation and subliminal learning daily.
