Problems in Self Organization




We all must get our life in order, otherwise we have problems, and thus we must have some organization to enjoy a smooth stroll in life. Despite the many challenges we face today, we must develop organizational skills that keep us in connection with the social world. This means we must adapt to making positive changes. Change is what makes us grow by allowing us to modify the way we live our life. Change helps us to adjust and amend our problems. Many people fear change, yet the fact is change is good. The only way change can hurt you, is you allow the emotions to take control and continuing fearing change.





People, who find it difficult to accept change, often resort to bad habits, such as alcoholism, drugs, smoking, crime, promiscuous behaviors, and so on. All of these bad habits lead to poor health, misery, and finally death. The problem continues, since those who cannot accept change reflect their behaviors on others. The saying, “Misery loves company,” is more real than most people realize.





If you want to live a longer, healthier, and happier life, you have to turn those bad habits into good behaviors while continuing to live in unison with the change. The fact is you are going to go through problems in life. Problems are inescapable. However, when you cultivate your self-organization skills you can work through each problem more effectively.





People are struggling to develop self-organization, since it helps them better understand change. The key to making this adoption is to form the mind to think positive. When you live a positive life, you reflect your energy on others. Change will challenge or threaten the emotions, yet the underlying cause is related to how you perceive the change. When the emotions are threaten, or challenged the person will often act out in anger, or express pessimistic thoughts, or may feel anxious, or panicky. Often when change occurs, a person will act out negatively, because the mind is blinded by the fear.





Some people fear change so badly that they will wear the same styles all their life. This type of person is afraid to open the mind to other alternatives that helps them to grow. One of the best solutions is to accept change through practice. You can start with exercise and diet. You will notice an amazing difference in a few weeks, and see that your self-organization skills are falling into place. If you watch television more than 3 hours daily, plan to curb your time that you consume in entertainment, instead visit a friend and enjoy social activities.





Did you know that what you feed your mind comes out in your behaviors? If you watch programs that include carnage on television, nudity, and so on, it will come out later in your behaviors. These are proven unhealthy practices that are destined to lead millions of people astray.





Self-organization is your inner power that keeps you strong. These people are stems of leaders that we see running big offices. Of course, we must develop other healthy skills that encourage us to push ahead while keeping our self-organizational skills in order.
